| Francois Perron is Cydone Solutions' CEO. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the business operation, investor relations and, more importantly, is responsible for aligning our business model to the needs of our customers.
Mr Perron holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from École polytechnique de Montréal. He is an electrical engineer with 15 years of experience in the telecommunication and automotive industry. M. Perron is an entrepreneur with hands-on experience in large and small start-ups and has been a consultant since 2004. |

| Jacques Audette is Cydone Solutions' CTO. In this role, he performs technological watch and determines the products architecture in order to maintain agility in the marketplace.
Mr Audette holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from École polytechnique de Montréal. He has 15 years of experience in electronics, telecommunications and software industry. Mr Audette is an entrepreneur with hands-on experience in high-tech start-ups and is a software consultant since 2002. |

| Jean-Philippe Bouchard is our Senior Organisation Development Consultant. He assists our customers with change management and is in charge of the development of our own company.
Mr Bouchard is a specialist in leadership and organisation development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from HEC Montreal and a master’s degree in organisational development from Concordia University. He has been assisting managers and organisations with change management at the structural, cultural or technological level for the past 15 years. |
